Study Programme – BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

The aim of the study programme – to prepare a qualified specialist having excellent professional competences in the following business areas:

·          Creation of an enterprise

·          Market research

·          Enterprise activity planning

·          Enterprise activity organization

·          Leadership

·          Business status control

·          Business development

After graduation students will be able to:

·          Evaluate the business environment

·          Use legal acts and other sources of information regulating the chosen business area

·          Understand business as a system

·          Prepare a business plan

·          Analyze, organize, and evaluate research data

·          Set up enterprise development strategy and tactics

·          Perceive the role of employees in an enterprise

·          Organize employee recruitment process

·          Encourage employee motivation

·          Manage and control material and financial resources

·          Manage changes

·          Communicate in a foreign language
